RAWALPINDI, Jun 18 (APP): Senior Superintendent of Police SSP Investigation Nasir Ali Khan held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at the Police Lines Headquarters to address public complaints here on Thursday.
SSP listened to citizens’ complaints and issued directions to concerned officers for their prompt resolution.
He instructed the relevant officers to ensure legal action on marked applications within the prescribed timeframe and emphasized that any negligence in addressing citizens’ issues would not be tolerated.
Nasir Ali Khan stressed the importance of providing efficient and citizen-friendly services at police stations, stating that the police department remains committed to improve service delivery and ensuring timely redressal of public concerns.
He further said that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of public services remain top priorities, and all necessary measures are being taken.
