SSP Investigation holds open court to address public complaints
RAWALPINDI, Aug 21 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Saifullah held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters to address complaints from citizens and issue directions to relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
During the open court, the SSP listened to the grievances of citizens and marked applications to the concerned officers for necessary legal action.
SSP Saifullah directed the officers concerned to ensure that legal action on all marked applications was taken within the stipulated timeframe.
He warned that negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ complaints would not be tolerated and directed police officials to ensure the provision of efficient and citizen-friendly services at police stations at all times.
The SSP said protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with the best possible facilities was a top priority of the department.
He directed the relevant officers to take all necessary measures for the timely resolution of public grievances and ensure effective service delivery.
