SPs hold Open Court to address public grievances at Police Lines Headquarters
RAWALPINDI, Sep 19 (APP):Superintendent of Police (SP) Saddar Anum Sher and SP Headquarters Muhammad Saleem Khattak held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters, to address citizens’ complaints and issued directions to the relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
The senior police officers directed concerned officials to ensure that legal action on all marked applications is completed within the stipulated time frame.
They stressed that negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ grievances would not be tolerated.
The officers further emphasized that the best possible service delivery must be ensured at police stations at all times.
In line with the Punjab Chief Minister’s vision, they said that protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with essential services remain the top priorities of the police department, with all necessary measures being taken in this regard.
