SP Security holds Open Court to address public complaints
RAWALPINDI, Sep 05 (APP):Superintendent of Police (SP) Security Asghar Ali Goraya held an open court at the Police Lines Headquarters to address public complaints and issued directions to relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
During the open court, the SP instructed concerned officials to ensure legal action on applications marked to them within the stipulated timeframe. He warned that any negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ complaints would not be tolerated.
Asghar Ali Goraya directed police officers to ensure effective and timely service delivery to citizens at police stations and to address their issues on a priority basis.
He said the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of quality public services were among the government’s top priorities in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
The SP emphasized that all necessary measures were being taken to improve police services and facilitate citizens. He directed the relevant officers to remain responsive to public complaints and ensure that legal proceedings were carried out strictly within the prescribed time limits.
