MULTAN, Nov 04 (APP):The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) UFG control task force intensified its ongoing operation against gas theft and illegal activities, disconnecting four more gas meters across various areas.
According to a spokesperson on Wednesday, two meters installed away from designated service areas were removed, while two others were disconnected for using compressors to illegally extract gas.
During the operation, door-to-door inspections were carried out at 60 locations. Officials stated that these measures are part of the company’s commitment to combating gas theft and ensuring uninterrupted service for consumers.
