Police have arrested the sixth proclaimed offender (POs) wanted in connection with a murder case, according to a police spokesperson the suspect, along with his accomplices, allegedly opened fire on a man due to a longstanding personal dispute, killing him before dumping the body in a well.

RAWALPINDI, Jun 18 (APP): Police have arrested the sixth proclaimed offender (POs) wanted in connection with a murder case, according to a police spokesperson the suspect, along with his accomplices, allegedly opened fire on a man due to a longstanding personal dispute, killing him before dumping the body in a well.
Following the discovery of the unidentified body, a case was registered against unknown suspects on the complaint of the police.
Five co-accused involved in the case had already been arrested, while the suspect had been evading arrest since April 2025.
Rawat Police traced and apprehended the proclaimed offender through a combination of technical surveillance and human intelligence resources.
SP Saddar Anum Sher stated that the suspect would be presented before the court with substantial evidence to ensure legal proceedings are carried out effectively.
