RAWALPINDI, May 25 (APP):Six candidates were caught cheating during the Intermediate First Annual Examinations 2026 under a crackdown by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi.
Controller Examinations, Tanveer Asghar Awan, during visits to multiple centres including Khayaban-e-Sir Syed and Chak Beli Khan, detected the violations and ordered immediate registration of cases.
According to a board spokesman, strict monitoring through digital surveillance, mobile inspection teams and continuous oversight is underway to eliminate cheating.
He said a zero-tolerance policy was being enforced to ensure a fair and disciplined examination environment for all candidates.
