RCCI President urge for strengthening academia Industry linkage
RAWALPINDI, Aug 20 (APP): RCCI President Usman Shaukat participated in the 1st International Education Tourism Summit & Expo, organized by the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD) as part of its Tea for Tourism Series, powered by the Sustainable Tourism Forum & Expo (STF).
In his address, RCCI President Usman Shaukat emphasized the importance of strengthening industry-academia linkages, aligning education with market needs, developing a skilled workforce, and expanding vocational and technical training to prepare Pakistan’s youth for emerging opportunities.
He highlighted that stronger collaboration between industry, academia and government can play a vital role in promoting education tourism, investment, innovation and sustainable economic growth.
