RAWALPINDI, Aug 05 (APP): Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RCCI) President Usman Shaukat, along with Group Leader & former President Sohail Altaf, called on Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Captain (Retd) Nadeem Nasir and congratulated him on assuming charge.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, trade and business activities, enhanced facilitation for the business community, development projects including Ring Road and proposed economic zones were discussed.
The DC assured full support and facilitation, emphasizing that traders are the backbone of the economy and essential for national progress.
President Usman Shaukat shared valuable suggestions and invited the Deputy Commissioner for an interactive session with the business community at RCCI.
Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi, former Presidents Raja Amer Iqbal, Nadeem A. Rauf, and Saqib Rafiq were also present.
