RAWALPINDI, Mar 13 (APP): The Rawalpindi Police carried out separate operations against narcotics and illegal gambling, arresting three drug suppliers and five individuals involved in card games.
A police spokesman said on Friday the Ganjmandi Police apprehended two suspects and recovered 2.56 kilograms of hashish, while the Sadiqabad Police arrested one individual seizing 1.56 kilograms of the drug.
Meanwhile, the Ratta Amral Police detained five persons engaged in gambling with playing cards, recovering a stake of Rs 20,200, mobile phones and the playing cards.
