PU awards PhD degrees to 10 scholars

Punjab University (PU) has awarded PhD degrees to 10 scholars in various disciplines after approval of their thesis.

LAHORE, Jun 13 (APP): Punjab University (PU) has awarded PhD degrees to 10 scholars in various disciplines after approval of their thesis.
According to a university spokesperson, the scholars awarded doctoral degrees include Shehbaz Sharif, son of Muhammad Sharif, in Agricultural Sciences (Entomology); Rakia Ashraf, daughter of Muhammad Ashraf, in Clinical Psychology; Rehana Ghulam, daughter of Qari Ghulam Mehar, in Geography; and Ayesha Ali, daughter of Ashgar Ali, in Administrative Sciences (Management).
Others who received PhD degrees are Xing Xuanyu, son of Xing Haiping, in History; Sidra Sabir, daughter of Muhammad Sabir Butt, in Urdu; Ambreen Batool, daughter of Wajid Ali Shah, in Chemistry; Zahra Afzal Malik, daughter of Muhammad Afzal Malik, in Political Sciences; Muhammad Kashif, son of Abdul Gaffar, in Islamic Studies; and Faiza Aziz, daughter of Aziz Ahmed, in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics.
