Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has taken an important step to protect the young generation by introducing a modern digital platform.

LAHORE, Mar 14 (APP): Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has taken an important step to protect the young generation by introducing a modern digital platform.
This step has been taken under Maryam Nawaz’s youth vision, which aims to provide a safe and trustworthy environment to the youth.
Official sources said that Safe Cities Authority has launched PSCA Next Gen Safety App, through which young citizens will be able to safely convey their complaints and problems to the relevant institutions.
The special thing about this app is that users can report problems and crimes without revealing their identity, which ensures privacy and trust.
The app has provided many modern facilities for the youth, including features like Emergency Helpline 15, Family Circle and Location Sharing.
Through this, users can create a safety circle by adding their close ones and can also share their location if needed. In addition, young citizens will also be able to get free legal advice and guidance from a psychologist through this platform.
Features like pink button, nearest Wi-Fi spots and quick access to police service centers have also been added to the app so that immediate help can be provided in any emergency situation.
According to officials, young citizens will also be able to file crime reports confidentially through the Next Gen Safety app, which will help in timely identification and prevention of crimes in the society.
Officials say Family Circle, location sharing and other safety features will make protecting young people more effective and provide them with a safe digital environment.
