SIALKOT, Jun 05 (APP): Syed Ahtesham Mazhar, President of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), along with Muhammad Murad Arshad, Senior Vice President (SVP) SCCI, and Salman Sheikh, Vice President (VP) SCCI, attended a briefing session conducted by a delegation from the Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan.
The briefing focused on investment opportunities in Pakistan’s Power Distribution Companies (DISCOs), including the Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO), Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO).
During the session, representatives of the Privatization Commission highlighted the government’s ongoing privatization program and outlined potential investment prospects in the power distribution sector.
