PR recommends continuation of Pakistan Express stop at Lodhran

MULTAN, Jun 06 (APP): The Pakistan Railways (PR) Multan division had recommended the continuation of the stoppage of 45-Up/46-Down Pakistan Express at Lodhran Railway Station, according to an official letter issued by the Divisional Superintendent’s Office.
The letter, addressed to the Chief Operating Superintendent at Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore, refers to a request from Markazi Anjuman-e-Tajraan Lodhran and a previous communication dated May 30, 2026.
According to the document, the business community and residents of Lodhran have sought the continuation of the train’s stop at the station. The railway authorities noted that Lodhran is an important junction station and that maintaining the stoppage of Pakistan Express is essential for facilitating both the local business community and the general public.
The recommendation was forwarded with the approval of the Divisional Superintendent, Multan, for consideration by the railway headquarters.
