Police reunite mother with two children

FAISALABAD, Jul 14 (APP): The police reunited a distressed mother with her two children after taking prompt action on her complaint, protecting the rights of women and children.
A police spokesman said that Noor Fatima approached the Women Police Station alleging that her in-laws had forcibly taken away her infant daughter, Sehar, and her eight-year-old son, Haider Ali, before kicking her out from the house.
Acting promptly on the complaint, Station House Officer (SHO) Women Police Station Madiha Irshad launched an immediate operation and successfully recovered both children.
After completing necessary formalities, the police handed the children over to their mother, he added.
