PFA seizes substandard beef
FAISALABAD, Jul 20 (APP): Punjab Food Authority and Livestock Department in a joint raid seized 500 kg of substandard beef from Satiana Bungalow on Monday.
According to official sources, Additional Principal Veterinary Officer Maqsood Alam examined the beef and declared it unfit to consumption.
Later, Punjab Food Authority in presence of police disposed of the beef. Three accused were arrested from the site.
A case has been registered against the accused.
