GUJRAT, Aug 18 (APP):The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) imposed fine on seven food points for violating food safety regulations.
According to the spokesperson here on Tuesday,in line with the direction of Deputy Director Sadia Rafat, the authority inspected 50 food points across the district and issued improvement notices to 15 outlets over various violations.
During the inspections, seven food points were fined a total of Rs77,000, while 10 kilograms banned food products and 20 litres of low fat milk were discarded on the spot.
