RAWALPINDI, Aug 24 (APP):The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi is continuing its efforts to beautify, clean and improve landscaping and plantation in parks and green belts across the city.
Special attention is being given to Maliah Park, where horticultural activities have enhanced the greenery and overall appearance of the park. Lush green lawns, ornamental plants, seasonal flowers and well-maintained flowerbeds are providing citizens with a pleasant and refreshing environment.
Horticulture staff regularly undertake cleanliness, grass cutting, pruning, plant maintenance and other essential horticultural activities at the park.
Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi Ahmed Hassan Ranjha said providing citizens with a clean, green and beautiful environment was among the agency’s top priorities.
He directed the concerned officers and staff to ensure regular cleanliness and maintenance of parks and green belts.
He said the Horticulture Agency would continue practical measures to make Rawalpindi greener and more beautiful, and urged citizens to cooperate in maintaining cleanliness and protecting plants and greenery.
