RAWALPINDI, Aug 30 (APP): Police have arrested the alleged ringleader of a house robbery gang along with an accomplice and recovered Rs2 million, three laptops, three mobile phones and four wristwatches from their possession.
According to police spokesperson on Sunday, the suspects had allegedly robbed the house of an overseas-based family in the Rawat area.
The police also recovered the weapons and motorcycle allegedly used in the crimes.
Rawat Police traced and arrested the suspects using technical surveillance and human intelligence sources.
SP Saddar Anum Sher commended police team and said that efforts were underway to arrest the gang’s other accomplices and facilitators. She added that those who target the lives and property of citizens would not escape the law.
