MURREE, Aug 31 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Murree, Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi held an open court at his office on Monday to hear public complaints, issuing on spot directives to relevant departments for immediate redressal.
Reviewing individual applications during the open court, the deputy commissioner instructed officers from concerned departments to resolve citizen issues strictly on merit. He emphasized that addressing public complaints without delay is the primary responsibility of the district administration and directed department heads to ensure efficient service delivery across the district.
Addressing administrative officers, the deputy commissioner ordered departments to streamline procedures and prevent citizens from making unnecessary visits to government offices. He dorected all officers to implement effective measures for the prompt resolution of public grievances.
