One killed, four injured in separate road mishaps

FAISALABAD, Jun 30 (APP): One person was killed and four others were injured in two separate road accidents, here on Tuesday.

According to Rescue 1122, a speeding bus hit a motorcycle near Liaquat Park on Sahiwal Road.

As a result, a milkman identified as Zafarullah (45), resident of Chak No. 449-GB died on the spot.

Police have taken the bus into custody.

In a separate incident, a textile mill bus rammed into another bus of the same mill at a check post on Khurrianwala-Jaranwala Road.

Four people, identified as Zahid, Bilal, Rizwan and Muhammad Imran sustained minor injuries and were shifted to the Rural Health Center, Khurrianwala.

Further investigation was underway.
