A man was killed and six others sustained injuries after a speeding mini passenger van collided head on with a flat-bed loader rickshaw near Head Panjnad in Ali Pur tehsil of district Muzaffargarh on Monday.

MUZAFFARGARH, Jun 15 (APP): A man was killed and six others sustained injuries after a speeding mini passenger van collided head on with a flat-bed loader rickshaw near Head Panjnad in Ali Pur tehsil of district Muzaffargarh on Monday.
Eyewitnesses said that all passengers of the loader rickshaw were labourers who were travelling from Uch Sharif to Ali Pur for work. They met accident near Head Panjnad. As a result, a man identified as Muhammad Amin died on the spot while six others sustained injuries.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene and shifted the body of the deceased and the injured to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Ali Pur after providing first aid.
Police have have started investigation.
