Met office predicts intermittent rain

LAHORE, Apr 03 (APP): The rule of clouds will continue in Lahore on Friday and intermittent rains are likely to continue.

According to the Meteorological Department, the current temperature of the city has been recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to go up to 27 degrees.

There is a possibility of rains till Saturday, while winds are blowing at a speed of 5 kilometers per hour in the city and the humidity ratio in the air has been recorded at 50 percent.

On the other hand, due to the rains, a decrease in the rate of air pollution has also been recorded and the air quality index was recorded at 143. Lahore has come at number 11 in the list of most polluted cities.

The air pollution rate has been different in different areas of the city, with the pollution rate in Allama Iqbal Town being 160, Model Town 132, Barki Road 155, while Askari Ten recorded an air pollution rate of 71.
