Markets buzz with late-night Eid Shopping

SARGODHA, Mar 13 (APP):As Ramazan draws to a close, Sargodha’s bazaars and shopping malls were teeming with men, women and children preparing for Eid-ul-Fitr.
Shoppers flock to stalls selling clothes, jewellery, bangles and footwear, turning late-night shopping into a festive celebration.
Families browse together, carefully selecting outfits and matching accessories, while children excitedly explore colorful stalls.
Popular footwear shops see long queues for Peshawari chappals and khosa shoes and Punjabi and desi bangles remain top attractions for women and girls. Shopkeepers welcomed the surge, noting that sales spike after iftar.
“Ramazan’s final days are always the busiest. Seeing families enjoy shopping together makes all the effort worthwhile,” said Rasheed Ali, a jewellery vendor.
Across district, laughter, chatter and the jingling of bangles fill the markets, capturing the joyous spirit of Eid preparations.
