CHINIOT, May 4 (APP): A man died after being struck by a dumper truck near the Sargodha Road Toll Plaza, the Rescue 1122 officials said on Monday.
The Rescue 1122 team responded promptly after receiving the alert and secured the scene.
According to rescue sources, the victim was hit while attempting to cross the road and died on the spot.
The deceased was identified as 35-year-old Ehsanullah, a resident of Sargodha.
The Rescue personnel completed necessary formalities before handing over the body to the heirs. The area was later cleared, and police had launched legal proceedings into the incident, they added.
