LAHORE, Jun 11 (APP): Light rain in and around different parts of the city on Thursday brought down the temperature and turned the weather pleasant.
The day started with sweltering hot weather, but clouds appeared in the afternoon. Light rain associated with gusty winds then occurred in different parts of the provincial capital including Mall Road, Qartaba Chow, Airport, Jail Road and Gulberg.
According to the Met Office official, rain occurred in some places around the city with more rain predicted in the next 24 hours.
He said due to this, temperature dropped from 41 degree Celsius to 28 degree Celsius in the city.
