The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), on the directions of Director General Tahir Farooq, has continued its initiative to provide residential and commercial plots to citizens on easy installment plans. The LDA conducted the sixth computerized balloting for residential and commercial plots at the LDA Sports Complex, Johar Town.
LDA holds 6th balloting for plots on easy installments
LAHORE, Sep 09 (APP):The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), on the directions of Director General Tahir Farooq, has continued its initiative to provide residential and commercial plots to citizens on easy installment plans.
The LDA conducted the sixth computerized balloting for residential and commercial plots at the LDA Sports Complex, Johar Town.
Plots located in Johar Town, LDA City and LDA Avenue-I were offered through the balloting on easy installment terms.
The balloting included 40 four-marla commercial plots situated in the Business Bay of LDA City. The commercial plots are located at an ideal location, just three minutes from Ferozepur Road and Ring Road.
A total of 30 five-marla commercial plots in the Commercial Zone of LDA Avenue-I were also included in the balloting, along with 25 five-marla residential plots situated in Block K, Johar Town.
According to the LDA, a total of 1,520 applications were received for participation in the balloting.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq said successful applicants would be offered a five percent discount on lump-sum payment. He said the LDA was offering plots in its schemes on easy installments spread over three years.
The successful applicants will be required to pay the price in 12 equal installments over three years, he added.
Tahir Farooq said the LDA would soon bring more plots to the market on easy installment plans, providing citizens with an opportunity to acquire fully developed residential and commercial plots through a three-year easy installment facility.
