RAWALPINDI, Jul 09 (APP):The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) has issued the revised service charges for various land administration services for the fiscal year 2026-27 with immediate effect, introducing updated rates for domestic and overseas transactions.
According to the official notification, the newly approved fee structure encompasses a wide range of services including land record copies, mutations, and e-registration processes to ensure sustainable service delivery. Under the new schedule, an express service copy of land records (Fard, Mutation, Girdawri) via Mobile Arazi Record Centers (MARCs) and Universal Access has been set at Rs. 4,000.0, while the standard copy will cost Rs. 900.0. The fee for Naqal Arazi Record is fixed at Rs. 5,000.0, Green Property Certificate at Rs. 800.0, and copies of registered deeds at Rs. 1,400.0 per transaction.
The notification further states that regular mutations will be charged at Rs. 1,200.0, mutations entered through banks at Rs. 2,100.0, and express service mutations at Rs. 11,200.0. Bank verifications for land records will cost Rs. 1,000.0 for successful and Rs. 700.0 for unsuccessful transactions. For e-registration portals, the appointment of a commission is scheduled at Rs. 6,700.0.
Sale/purchase transactions will incur a fee of 0.1 percent of the land value subject to a minimum of Rs. 3,600.0, with all other e-registration transactions fixed flat at Rs. 3,600.0. Property Transfer System (PTS) transactions for housing societies and development authorities are priced at Rs. 3,000.0, while filing cases through the Revenue Courts Management System (RCMS) will cost Rs. 3,500.0.
For overseas Pakistanis accessing services through foreign missions, the PLRA has fixed an additional overseas service charge of 50.0 USD per transaction for the issuance of land records, while appointing a foreign mission as a local commission through e-registration will cost 100.0 USD.
