IUB commemorates one year of ‘Marka-e-Haq’ with enthusiasm

BAHAWALPUR, Apr 29 (APP): A 15-day celebration commenced at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur to mark Marka-e-Haq Bunyan al Marsoos with a series of patriotic activities at the Abbasia Campus.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Kamran, along with faculty members, students, and university staff, inaugurated the celebrations by hoisting the national flag and raising patriotic slogans. A rally was also organized under his leadership, reflecting strong national spirit and unity.
Addressing the participants, the vice chancellor said that the success of Marka-e-Haq Bunyan al Marsoos enhanced Pakistan’s dignity and respect at the global level. He stated that Pakistan not only responded effectively to external challenges but also demonstrated strength in the diplomatic arena, countering opposing narratives on the international stage.
He highlighted that Pakistan’s recent diplomatic engagements, including efforts to ease global tensions, played a vital role in promoting peace and stability. He emphasized that such achievements reflect the resilience and capability of the nation.
The event was attended by Dean Faculty of Law Prof Dr Rao Imran Habib, Registrar Muhammad Shaji-ur-Rehman, Controller of Examinations Talib Hussain, Director Media and Public Relations Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Khalid, along with faculty members, officers, and a large number of students.
