RAWALPINDI, Jun 17 (APP):The Horticulture Agency, Rawalpindi (HAR), has installed a modern lighting system at Rawal Park to provide visitors with a safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable recreational environment.
According to the HAR spokesperson, the new illumination has significantly enhanced the park’s appearance, making it more attractive for visitors during evening and nighttime hours.
In addition to the lighting project, efforts were underway to improve cleanliness, horticulture, security, and other public facilities within the park, providing families and visitors with a healthy, high-quality recreational environment.
He said that the park’s illuminated nighttime landscape has become a major attraction, drawing families, senior citizens and young people in large numbers.
The HAR was continuing development and improvement projects in parks and green belts across the city as part of efforts to make Rawalpindi greener, more attractive and more public-friendly, while ensuring access to quality recreational and healthy outdoor spaces for residents, he added.
