Rawalpindi Police have intensified their crackdown against drug trafficking, arresting four alleged drug suppliers—including a major supplier and recovering 11 kilograms of hashish.

RAWALPINDI, Aug 27 (APP): Rawalpindi Police have intensified their crackdown against drug trafficking, arresting four alleged drug suppliers—including a major supplier and recovering 11 kilograms of hashish.
According to police spokesperson, Taxila Police held drug supplier and recovered 5.3 kg of drugs from his possession.
In separate operations, Mandra Police arrested another alleged supplier and seized 2.4 kg of hashish, while Race Course Police apprehended a supplier and recovered 1.7 kg of the narcotic.
Jatli Police also arrested an alleged drug supplier and recovered 1.6 kg of hashish.
Separate cases have been registered against the arrested suspects, and further investigation is underway.
City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera said that all necessary measures were being taken to eliminate the menace of drugs and curb the illegal supply of narcotics in the district.
