Police have intensified their crackdown against narcotics, arresting seven drug peddlers, including a female supplier, and recovered more than 18.5 kilograms of drugs.

RAWALPINDI, May 15 (APP): Police have intensified their crackdown against narcotics, arresting seven drug peddlers, including a female supplier, and recovered more than 18.5 kilograms of drugs.
According to police, Naseerabad Police held a female drug supplier and seized 10 kg of drugs from her possession.
Meanwhile, Ratta Amral Police arrested three drug suppliers and seized 4.4 kg of drugs.
In separate operation, Sadiqabad Police apprehended supplier with 1.8 kg of drugs while Pirwadhai Police arrested another individual and recovered 1.3 kg drugs.
Additionally, RA Bazaar Police detained drug dealer and recovered 1.2 kg of drugs.
Separate cases have been registered against all the accused and further investigation was in progress.
City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani commended police teams for their swift action and professionalism and stated that all possible measures are being taken to eradicate the menace of narcotics from society.
