FAISALABAD, Aug 15 (APP):The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) organized a ceremony at Sports
Complex FDA City as part of the I-Day celebrations.
Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhary was chief guest on this occasion.
The ceremony featured a cake-cutting ceremony, patriotic songs and exciting Independence Cup basketball matches between girls’ and boys’ teams.
Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rind, Chief Engineer Mehr Ayub, Directors Asma Mohsin, Junaid Hassan Manj, Yasir Ijaz Chattha, Sohail Maqsood Pannu, Asim Mahmood and Afnan Saeed Sindhu, Deputy Directors Talha Tabassum, Raheel Zafar and Muhammad Imran, Sports Complex Manager Rizwana Kamal, Assistant Manager Tariq Nazir, other officers and staff, Sports Complex members and their families attended the event in large numbers.
On the occasion, Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhary distributed prizes among the winning teams and players who demonstrated outstanding performances.
Later, special prayer was offered for progress, stability, peace, security and prosperity of Pakistan.
