GUJRAT, Jun 03 (APP):District Police Officer (DPO) Akhtar Farooq on Wednesday paid a visit to City Police Station Jalalpur Jattan and reviewed administrative and operational arrangements,directing officials to further improve public service delivery and continue action against criminal elements.
According to official sources,the DPO inspected cleanliness,official records,the front desk and lock-up facilities at the police station. He also reviewed the overall working environment and performance of police personnel.
Speaking on the occasion,DPO Akhtar Farooq instructed officers to ensure the provision of prompt and efficient services to citizens and make full use of available resources to safeguard life and property.
He emphasized the need for maintaining discipline,enhancing professional standards and strengthening a people-friendly policing system to build public trust in law enforcement.
The DPO reiterated that improving service delivery and ensuring effective crime control remained among the department’s top priorities.
