SARGODHA, Jul 20 (APP): Deputy Director (Colleges) Sargodha Muhammad Zia-ul-Hassan on Monday organized a specialized training session for dealing clerks of all government colleges in the district to orient them regarding audit procedures and Higher Education Department (HED) guidelines.
During the session, the Deputy Director provided a comprehensive briefing on various points of the audit agenda issued by the HED, outlining all phases and essential requirements of the auditing process.
He emphasized that the primary objective of this initiative was to prepare college staff for the effective conduct of internal audits at the institutional level.
The session also included a question-and-answer segment where participants sought clarifications on complex financial matters, to which the Deputy Director provided detailed responses.
This training was expected to enhance transparency and ensure strict adherence to financial protocols within the educational institutions of the Sargodha region, Zia concluded.
