GUJRAT, Jul 17 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Gujrat Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi on Friday chaired a meeting to review progress on water storage projects being executed in Lalamusa under the Punjab Development Programme (PDP).
According to official sources, Deputy Director Development Tasawar Kalyar and other relevant officers attended the meeting. The participants were informed that construction of three underground water storage tanks on GT Road, Lalamusa, had been completed, while work on a one-million-gallon underground tank at Government Tauqeer Shaheed Girls High School was 75 per cent complete. The deputy commissioner directed the concerned authorities to accelerate the remaining work and ensure completion of the project by the end of the current month.
