During the site audit, the deputy commissioner inspected the emergency ward, evaluated pharmacy medicine stocks, and checked attendance rosters for medical and paramedical personnel. He instructed hospital administration to ensure the uninterrupted provision of free medicines and medical care to underprivileged patients, emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy regarding facility hygiene.
