CPO reviews Police Station operations, administration affairs in Taxila and Wah Saddar
RAWALPINDI, Jul 12 (APP): City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira paid surprise visits to Taxila Police Station and Wah Saddar Police Station to review policing standards and administrative affairs here on Sunday.
During the inspections, the CPO examined the front desks, official records, lock-ups, police station buildings, and other operational facilities.
He issued directives to the concerned officers to ensure efficient service delivery and improve the overall functioning of the police stations.
Speaking on the occasion, CPO Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira emphasized that prompt redressal of public complaints must be ensured.
He stated that the police station is the basic unit of policing and that citizens’ issues should be resolved at the police station level without unnecessary delays.
He further stressed that the protection of the lives and property of citizens remains the police’s foremost responsibility, adding that there would be no compromise on public service delivery and professionalism.
