RAWALPINDI, Sep 24 (APP):City Police Officer (CPO), Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera and Deputy Commissioner Captain (Retd) Nadeem Nasir visited Taxila and reviewed security arrangements at the city’s entry points.
During the visit, the officers inspected security measures and issued necessary directions to the concerned officials. They said foolproof security arrangements were being put in place to protect citizens and maintain law and order.
According to police spokesperson, the officers directed the relevant departments to take all possible measures to ensure public safety and maintain peace in the area.
The officers further said the rule of law would be upheld and effective measures were being taken to ensure its implementation.
