SARGODHA, Jul 01 (APP): Additional Sessions Judge Sargodhga Muhammad Akhtar, while deciding a murder case No. 57/23, registered under Section 303/34/311, awarded death sentence to the killer here.
According to the prosecution, one Shoukat had killed Shaheed Kausar, resident of Bhagtanwala, two years ago on some domestic dispute. The court also imposed Rs 2 lakh fine on the killer.
