MULTAN, Mar 15 (APP): Commissioner Multan Division Aamir Karim Khan on Sunday inaugurated the newly rehabilitated road from Eid Gah Chowk to Machli Mandi, providing improved travel facilities to citizens.
Speaking on the occasion, the commissioner said the repair and restoration project of Eid Gah Road had been completed to facilitate smooth traffic flow and ease of movement for the public.
He said the road, measuring about 3,500 feet in length and more than 30 feet in width, was constructed at a cost of Rs 44.4 million.
Aamir Karim Khan added that providing better travel facilities to citizens remained a top priority of the administration. He said construction and rehabilitation of major roads in the city would further improve traffic flow.
He also stressed that ensuring quality infrastructure for the public was a key responsibility of the government.
Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Iqbal Khan and other officials were also present on the occasion.
