Commissioner distributes commendation certificates to high performing officers

Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry on Tuesday distributed commendation certificates to officers  and officials of the district administration, revenue department and allied institutions in recognition  of their outstanding performance during Eidul Adha, preparations for Muharram-ul-Haram, and securing first position in revenue collection across Punjab.

SARGODHA, Jun 30 (APP): Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry on Tuesday distributed commendation certificates to officers
and officials of the district administration, revenue department and allied institutions in recognition
of their outstanding performance during Eidul Adha, preparations for Muharram-ul-Haram, and securing first position in revenue collection across Punjab.
Addressing the ceremony at the Commissioner’s Office, Hafiz Shaukat Ali said the district administration had ensured exemplary arrangements during Eidul Adha, including efficient sanitation, timely disposal of animal waste and uninterrupted civic services, said a handout issued here.
He added that comprehensive planning and effective coordination had also been carried out to ensure peaceful observance of Muharram in line with the directives of the Chief Minister Punjab.
The commissioner praised officers for remaining in the field despite extreme weather conditions, describing their commitment as a reflection of their dedication to public service.
Highlighting the district’s achievement in revenue collection, he said revenue generation remained one of the Punjab government’s top priorities and that Sargodha’s first position in the province was the result of effective leadership, active field staff and coordinated teamwork.
The commissioner urged officers to maintain the same level of commitment in future assignments and directed all departments to complete preparations for the upcoming monsoon and possible flood season.
He also stressed the need for continue focusing on routine administrative responsibilities and development targets to ensure quality public services.
Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry termed the provincial distinction a collective achievement of the entire district administration rather than any individual.
He said officers and officials had worked tirelessly to successfully manage Eid arrangements, Muharram preparations and revenue targets, enabling Sargodha to emerge as the top-performing district in Punjab.
The officers who received commendation certificates thanked the commissioner and deputy commissioner, saying the recognition had boosted their morale.
