Punjab Counter Narcotics Force (CNF) on Tuesday arrested 140 alleged drug traffickers and seized around 325 kilogrammes of narcotics during 145 operations across the province over the past three weeks.

LAHORE, Sep 08 (APP):Punjab Counter Narcotics Force (CNF) on Tuesday arrested 140 alleged drug traffickers and seized around 325 kilogrammes of narcotics during 145 operations across the province over the past three weeks.
According to a CNF spokesperson,during the operations,the Force seized contraband included 11kg of ice, 46kg of opium, 22kg of heroin, 171kg of hashish,75kg of cannabis and 1,240 litres of narcotics-related substances.The estimated value of the seized narcotics was Rs109.75 million,the spokesperson added.
The operations also led to the recovery of 13 pistols, three rifles and a drone, he added.
He said intelligence-based operations against organized drug networks were continuing across Punjab, adding that the CNF had intercepted the transportation of 25.1 tonnes of narcotics since August 2025.
