CM orders holding of Khuli Kacheries for immediate redressal of public complaints

LAHORE, Jun 01 (APP): On the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Khuli Kacheries are being organised across the province to ensure the prompt resolution of public complaints and grievances.
According to a handout issued here on Monday, the first Khuli Kacheri in Lahore will be held on Tuesday at the Town Hall Metropolitan Corporation Lahore (MCL) Office, where Chairperson of the Chief Minister’s Complaint Cell, Saima Farooq, will hear public complaints from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Senior officials from various government departments will attend the session to address public issues on the spot. Those participating include Lahore Commissioner Marryam Khan, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq, Lahore Deputy Commissioner Ali Ijaz, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Lahore Kareem Dad Chughtai, WASA Managing Director Ghufran Ahmed, Suthra Punjab Director General Babar Sahib Din, CEO Health Asif Arbab Khan Niazi and SSP Operations Lahore Tauqeer Naeem.
The complaints presented by citizens during the Khuli Kacheri will be addressed immediately, and directions for their resolution will be issued on the spot, ensuring speedy and effective public service delivery.
