LAHORE, Jun 05 (APP): Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Friday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the death of four people who were run over by a car in Pakpattan.
The Chief Minister extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for strength and patience for them to bear this irreparable loss.
She also sought an immediate report from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sahiwal regarding the incident.
CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif directed the concerned authorities to arrest those responsible without delay and ensure strict legal action against them in accordance with the law.
The Chief Minister emphasized that justice must be ensured for the victims and reiterated that negligence or carelessness leading to loss of innocent lives would not be tolerated.
