The body of a youth who drowned in the Derawala-Mailsi Canal near Tulamba two days ago, has been recovered after intensive search operation by Rescue-1122 personnel.

KHANEWAL, Jun 01 (APP): The body of a youth who drowned in the Derawala-Mailsi Canal near Tulamba two days ago, has been recovered after intensive search operation by Rescue-1122 personnel.
According to Rescue officials, they received information regarding the drowning of a mentally challenged youth in the canal located and rushed to the scene and launched a search operation.
After hectic search operation, the rescuers recovered the body from the canal near 28 Adda.
The body was handed over to his heirs. The identity of youth has yet to be ascertained.
