RAWALPINDI, Oct 07 (APP): The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi adjourned the hearing of nine separate criminal cases against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former Member of National Assembly Colonel (R) Ajmal Sabir until October 14 without conducting substantive proceedings.
Col. (Retd) Ajmal Sabir appeared before the court alongside his legal defense team, where the court marked his attendance before permitting him to depart. Sabir faces charges involving public protest, rioting, and interference in state affairs across nine First Information Reports (FIRs) registered at Taxila (3 cases), Sadiqabad (2 cases), Wah Sadar, Wah Cantt, Nasirabad, and Sadar Outer police stations.
