An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday dismissed the interim bail of PTI leader Nadeem Abbas Bara in connection with the May 9 Jinnah House attack case after he failed to appear before the court.

LAHORE, Jun 02 (APP): An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday dismissed the interim bail of PTI leader Nadeem Abbas Bara in connection with the May 9 Jinnah House attack case after he failed to appear before the court.
ATC Administrative Judge Manzer Ali Gill heard the matter. The court noted the accused’s absence and dismissed his interim bail petition for non-prosecution.
Nadeem Abbas Bara had obtained interim bail in a case pertaining to the attack on Jinnah House during the May 9 riots.
FIR No. 96/23 relating to the Jinnah House attack was registered at Sarwar Road Police Station.
