RAWALPINDI, Aug 06 (APP): Patron-in-Chief of Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia, Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, on Thursday emphasized that firm adherence to the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the only path to the unity, prosperity, and success of the Muslim Ummah.
Addressing the weekly Mahfil-e-Zikr and Dars-e-Qur’an at Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia, Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, the religious scholar urged Muslims to faithfully follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the noble conduct of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA), Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA), Hazrat Uthman Ghani (RA), and Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (RA), describing their lives as golden standards of justice, moderation, and guidance.
Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah noted that reverence for the Ahl al-Bayt remains an essential part of the Islamic faith, while the teachings of righteous saints continue to promote peace, brotherhood, and tolerance.
Delivering a lesson on Surah As-Sajdah, he highlighted that the Holy Qur’an offers comprehensive guidance for both individual conduct and collective social life. He urged the gathering to reflect deeply on Qur’anic teachings, perform acts of worship with sincerity, and mold their daily lives according to Islamic principles.
The event, hosted by Allama Sheikh Muhammad Qasim and attended by a large number of participants, concluded with special prayers for the stability, progress, and prosperity of Pakistan and the broader Muslim world.
