65 plots sold in open auction at Khanewal, Mianchannu Industrial Estates

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) successfully auctioned 65 industrial plots  at an open auction that attracted a number of aspirants to Khanewal and Mianchannu Industrial Estates.

KHANEWAL, Jun 16 (APP): Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) successfully auctioned 65 industrial plots
at an open auction that attracted a number of aspirants to Khanewal and Mianchannu Industrial Estates.
The auction was held under the supervision of Regional Director PSIC Multan Ammara Manzoor Khan at Mianchannu, officials said on Tuesday. Owing to transparent procedures and efficient arrangements, a total of 65 industrial plots in Khanewal and Mian Channu were sold through open bidding.
President of the Board of Management Ahmad Raza and industrial leader Liaqat Ghouri were also present.
The auction attracted not only local businessmen but also prominent investors from across Punjab, reflecting growing confidence in the region’s industrial potential.
Competitive bidding was witnessed for 42 plots in the Khanewal and 13 plots in the Mianchannu.
Experts described the strong investor response as evidence of investors’ interest in establishing industries in Khanewal.
Following the successful auction, the establishment of new industrial units in both estates is expected to accelerate, creating thousands of employment opportunities for local residents and contributing to regional economic growth, officials and investors hoped.
The business community appreciated the efforts of Regional Director Ammara Manzoor Khan and her team for ensuring a transparent and well-organized auction process.
